Refund Policy
1. General provisions
This Refund Policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund or cancellation in relation to our services. We are committed to fair treatment and compliance with all applicable UK consumer legislation.
2. Your right to cancel
If you have signed up for a consultation, quote‑matching service, or installation appointment arranged through Saideh Ltd, you may cancel your request at any time before the scheduled service. For package purchases that include a deposit, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date of payment.
3. Conditions for a full refund
– Cancellation made more than 7 days before a booked installation date: full refund of any deposit paid.
– Cancellation made between 7 and 2 days before the installation date: 50% of the deposit refunded.
– Cancellation less than 48 hours before the installation date or after the work has started: refund is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis, depending on costs already incurred.
4. When a refund is not available
Refunds will not be issued where installation has been completed and signed off by the homeowner, unless there is a proven fault covered by the installer’s warranty. Custom or bespoke ground‑source system designs that required significant external surveys are non‑refundable once the survey report has been delivered.
5. How to request a refund
To initiate a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] or call +44 20 7946 0011. Please include your full name, the address of the property, and the date of your original order. We aim to review all requests within 10 working days and issue approved refunds within 21 working days.
6. Changes to this policy
Saideh Ltd reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you accept the revised terms.
